Presentation at Asilomar Conf. on Signals, Systems and Computers

Shun Ogata, our member, gave a presentation entitled “Frameless ALOHA with Multiple Base Stations” at 49th Asilomar conference on signals, systems and computers held at Asilomar Conference Grounds, CA, the United States on Nov. 9th.

AWCC芋煮会/AWCC IMONI Party

東北出身の学生達の企画によるAWCC芋煮会が開催されました。

We had a IMONI party arranged by students from the Tohoku region of Japan. IMONI is a thick potato and meat soup eaten traditionally in the autumn in the Tohoku region of Japan.

Two Papers ranked in IEEE Popular Articles

Our two papers about RF energy harvesting and spatial modulation, respectively, are ranked in the latest IEEE Wireless Communication Letters Popular Articles (September 2015).

IEEE Wireless Communication LettersのPopular Articles (September 2015)に,RFエナジーハーベスティングおよび空間変調に関する論文2本が,それぞれランクインしました(28位,33位).空間変調の論文は18ヶ月連続のランクインとなります.

New paper accepted for IEEE Wireless Commun. Lett.

Our paper “Diversity-Multiplexing Tradeoff of Dynamic Harvest-and-Foward Cooperation” has been accepted for publication in the  IEEE Wireless Commun. Lett, which was co-authored with Prof. I. Krikidis and Dr. C. K. Ho.

Our paper has been accepted to Asilomar’15

Our paper entitled “Frameless ALOHA with Multiple Base Stations” has been accepted to Asilomar’15 will be held at Asilomar Conference Grounds, CA.

Prof. Chen visited our laboratory.

Prof. Yougan Chen, Ph.D visited our laboratory and had discussions with Prof. Ishibashi on 1st June.

Prof. Chen published the paper entitled “OFDM-Modulated Dynamic Coded Cooperation in Underwater Acoustic Channels” in IEEE Journal of Oceanic Engineering which was inspired by Prof. Ishibashi’s paper on dynamic coded cooperation.
